Can I add to an order that I have already placed?

Yes, if you have placed an order with us and you have forgotten something, use our contact us page to send us an email as soon as possible, as long as we have not already dispatched your order we will be able to add to your order. If your order is already processed and ready for dispatch then we will have to ask you to place an additional order separately.


Is your website secure and are my bank details safe on your website?

Yes, Cleaningfull.co.uk  is a secure website and we use safe and secure payment processors at checkout such as; Paypal, Stripe or bank transfer. Your card details are very safe when processing an order via Jammy Gift. For more information please go to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS page. 


Can I cancel an order?

You are able to cancel an order after purchase if your order has not already been processed and dispatched. If your order has been dispatched the customer would then have to arrange to return the order at the cost of the customer, once we receive the order back we will inspect the items, items will only be refunded if they are in the exact same condition and packaging as when we sent them, we cannot refund on an item without its original packaging intact. If we deem the items being returned are in an acceptable condition we will then issue a refund. Please Note: Refunds cannot be given on any personalised items, once the item has been made no refunds are given.


What if I receive my item and it is damaged?

If you receive a product from us and it is damaged then please let us know as soon as possible using the contact us page. We will ask for photo evidence of this. We will then either offer you a refund of the amount the product was at the time of purchase, or send out a replacement item.


Will i be charged VAT on my order?

No, you will not be charged VAT on your order.


How long will my wholesale order take?

Lead times vary at different times of the year, however we aim to have your order manufactured and dispatched within 5 working days. If this time is to be extended we will notify you.
